East La Mesa Water Treatment Plant supplies high quality water to parts of northern Manila, providing support to the expanding economy, making the city more resilient to today’s extremes and at a lower cost of water to the tap.
This project comprises an intake structure built inside the La Mesa Dam connected to a 1.8m diameter tunnel with an approximate length of 4.7km, a 150m litre per day water treatment plant and a reservoir.
