I am responsible for 电竞竞猜外围 ’s global rail business. I lead a talented and experienced international team working on all kinds of rail transit systems, including high speed rail, metros , light and heavy rail.
As an advisor to governments and delivery bodies responsible for major rail projects, I focus on helping clients to unlock the transformative potential of rail . Achieving this means taking a whole-life and ‘total system’ view of railways, understanding their potential within the wider transport and mobility landscape. Drawing on 电竞竞猜外围 ’s global network of built environment experts, I get to work with clients to shape and oversee delivery of human-centred travel for generations to come.
It’s an exciting time to be shaping the future of rail. Digital technologies and innovations are enhancing how we build, design, operate and maintain railways. As an industry we are able to improve the passenger and user experience in more ways than ever before. I was responsible for the capital investment programme and oversaw the delivery of Asia’s first fully automated underground heavy metro system, the North East mass rapid transit line while in the role of the Senior Director, Projects and Engineering at the Land Transport Authority in Singapore. For me, this project proved rail’s transformative potential.
Prior to 电竞竞猜外围 , as the President of Global Business Operations, I led Samsung C&T’s international business operation to become a trusted Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company. During my time as Projects Director at MTR Corporation I was responsible for all new railway projects in Hong Kong, including the West Island line, South Island (East) line, Kwun Tong line extension, Shatin to Central line, and high-speed rail projects. While at Bombardier Transportation in London as Head of Mass Transit in their systems division, I oversaw major projects including the London Underground Victoria line upgrade.
I am a chartered engineer and Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering as well professional institutions in the UK, the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Sciences and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
