Principal, Americas East Aviation Leader
Tom Kennedy is a Principal and Americas East Aviation Leader in 电竞竞猜外围 ’s New York office. He has three decades of global experience in a wide range of civil engineering and site development projects. His engineering work extends to prestigious projects such as JetBlue’s Terminal 5 at JFK, Hunter’s Point Development in New York City, New Songdo City in Korea, and New York's Hudson River Park. As the design manager for JetBlue's Terminal 5 at JFK, Tom was engaged on the project from the initial planning work through commissioning and to the opening, where he assisted the facilities team in becoming accustomed to the new building.
Tom’s skills include all aspects of design and construction associated with site development, including earthwork re-grading, internal and external site access roads, high-pressure utility diversions, storm and sanitary water drainage, and utility supply and diversion. He has a wealth of knowledge in projects involving the reclamation of contaminated or brownfield sites and has managed the civil engineering aspects for multiple parks projects in New York City. While working on Teardrop Park in Battery Park City, Tom lead the engineering design and implementation of a public open space design, which incorporated sustainable design aspects such as a rainwater-harvesting for reuse as part of the site irrigation system.
